Supervision & Coaching

Katherine provides supervision to professionals in the social service sector. This includes, but is not limited to, case workers, case managers, support workers, assessment workers and counsellors. 

Katherine also offers coaching which looks at the interplay between the person and the professional. Katherine's coaching is underpinned by principles in Bowen Family Systems Theory that recommends a key aspect of professional growth is a therapist working at maturing in their own family of origin.

Katherine views supervision and coaching as critical structures necessary for the provision of high-quality and ethical service delivery. Katherine values the importance of providing a reflective and confidential space for colleagues to develop their own self in the professional work.

Katherine is committed to supporting rural and regional communities and offers supervision and coaching via an online platform to all people in rural and regional areas.
